Kat is a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at Centennial College, where she put her love of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement into practice. She’s a lifelong learner who genuinely enjoys continuing to build her knowledge and skills.
With a long history in both sport and coaching, Kat brings real-world experience to her work. She started out as a long-distance runner, completing multiple half marathons, before finding her way into Muay Thai, where she competed for four years. A meniscus injury along the way sparked her interest in sport rehabilitation and set her on a new path.
From there, Kat moved into strength sports, competing in CrossFit and Strongman events across Ontario and training in Durham, Toronto, New York, and Norway. Between competing and coaching, she’s developed a strong understanding of common injuries, recovery, and injury prevention. She also spent over a decade working in group fitness and personal training, helping people of all ages and fitness levels move with confidence.
All of this shapes Kat’s approach to massage therapy: looking at the whole body, how it moves, and each client’s unique history. She takes a client-centred, collaborative approach to care, working with clients to support their goals and help them feel and move their best.
